Due to shipping restrictions, we ship to nearly every country/region in the world, except for the following. We apologize for this and are continuously working to resolve the issue.








Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time

(This does not include customs delays, weekends, holidays, and force majeure situations)

Total Delivery Time:

Order Processing: 1-3 business days.

Standard Shipping Time: 7-15 business days.

Please note that once you place an order with us, our goal is to process and ship it to you as quickly as possible. However, keep in mind that order processing time can vary based on the volume of orders we receive, current inventory levels, and other factors. The estimated delivery date or shipping speed provided at checkout is based on the shipping option you choose and does not consider any processing delays that may occur before shipment. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and assure you that we will do everything possible to process and ship your order efficiently.

International Order Delivery Estimates:

Orders over $50 enjoy free international shipping. The shipping time for international orders is 10-15 business days, but a specific delivery date and time cannot be guaranteed. Shipments can be transported by sea, land, air, or a combination.

Incorrectly Delivered Packages:

Our company strives to provide reliable and timely shipping services to our customers. However, we would like to draw your attention to certain situations where we cannot be held responsible for packages incorrectly delivered due to an incorrectly filled-out address by you. We advise customers to provide an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order. Failure to provide the correct shipping address may result in delayed or incorrect delivery. In such cases, our company cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur.

For international shipments, we will do our best to use reliable carriers to ensure correct delivery. However, if a package is returned to us by the carrier as “Return to Sender” due to being undeliverable, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur. In this case, the customer will bear any additional shipping costs incurred for resending the package.
